Troy D. Brewer,

Troy has spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry, focusing on maintaining close, long-standing multigenerational relationships through a client-centered, process-driven approach. He takes particular care to know his clients on a deeper level. Collaborating with clients, estate attorneys and CPAs, Troy strives to serve as a source of knowledge for all client financial matters. Clients include business owners, corporate executives, and high net worth families and individuals.

Troy is an active participant in the finance industry, both locally and nationally. Certifications and accomplishments include Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist^®, Certified Exit Planning Advisor^®, current member of the national ProVisors professional consortium and member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. Troy specializes in low-cost investments, complex / multigenerational wealth planning, and tax efficiency. Counseling business owners on the preparation and sale of businesses is another area of focus for Troy.

Troy has a diverse technical background. Prior to working in financial services, Troy spent time as a manufacturing engineer and production manager at the Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing Engineering) from the University of Maryland, Troy also has an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.

Outside the office, Troy has served as president of both the Loyola University Maryland Alumni Association and his neighborhood homeowners association. He has also served as a board member for both the Baltimore Museum of Industry and Junior Achievement of Central Maryland.

A proud Maryland native, Troy enjoys golfing, fishing, sporting clays, kayaking, cycling and entertaining friends with his wife Carol at their home in Phoenix, Maryland.
